1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using any Alfie the Owl app (each, an "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. If the App is being used by a child, the parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on behalf of the child.

2. About us

The Apps are published by Sentium Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16512683, with a registered office at Suite Ra01, 195–197 Wood Street, London, England, E17 3NU.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Apps only for their intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any App
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from an App
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual property

Alfie the Owl, the Alfie character, all illustrations, artwork, graphics, sounds, music, and other content in the Apps are the property of Sentium Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may save and share your own coloured artwork or creations for personal, non-commercial use.

5. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All billing is handled by Apple in accordance with their terms of service. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.

6. Children's use

The Apps are designed for use by children. They contain no third-party advertising, no social features, no data collection, and no external links beyond subscription management handled by Apple. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's use of the Apps.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentium Ltd disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentium Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Apps. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where liability cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
